• Order is possible for available items only
• Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
• Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.

Pricing policy:

• All our product prices are excluded of VAT & TAX
• Price of a product might vary in Porcelain bricks and mortar store & website due to periodic promotional offers
• Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, Porela has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 4 business days
• Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 7 business days

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
